Aside from operating health food stores, cafes, importing and wholesaling natural foods, she has also had years of study and experience with many masters of the health food movement both in Australia and overseas. Raw Chocolate: Healthy decadence, the history and health benefits of raw chocolate.

In this presentation you will discover how chocolate is made and where it comes from, as well as an insight into issues such as organic versus non organic and fair trade.

Scott will also be demonstrating how easy it is prepare divine chocolate treats.
